Cancelations and missed appointments
Your appointments are important to us. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 4 hrs notice. This ensures that we can make appropriate arrangement to rebook your appointment while also giving other clients the opportunity to fill your cancelled space. We reserve the right to charge for any no shows or cancellations with less than 4 hours notice.  

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all services are non refundable. However , if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly adjust for you within 5 days. This does not includes changing any type of color or style.

Late Policy

We know life is busy and things happen unexpectedly. Please call the salon if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If we have not been able to contact you 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, you may be considered a no show and have to forego your appointments.
