SALON POLICIES
Cancelations and missed appointments
Your appointments are important to us. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 4 hrs notice. This ensures that we can make appropriate arrangements to rebook your appointment while also giving other clients the opportunity to fill your canceled space. We reserve the right to charge for any no-shows or cancellations with less than 4 hrs notice.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable. However, if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly adjust for you within 5 days. This does not include changing any type of color or style.
Late Policy
We know life is busy and things happen unexpectedly. Please call the salon if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If we have not been able to contact you 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, you may be considered a no-show and have to forego your appointments.

Well colour me pleased! Actually, I am much more than pleased with my beautiful mani...I’m ecstatic. I am currently wearing the best “look” my nails has ever had. Ann did this. I asked for an ombré French polish and the result is exactly like the photo I found online! Ann achieved this fabulous look while keeping my nails so nice and thin. In fact, my nails are so thin that they look like my natural nails. The other bonus was that it was all done so quickly.
I believe this is a lovely salon...it is bright, spacious and sparkling. I have found the staff, through all of my visits, to be kind and considerate of my needs and of my time. Fabulous experience!

- I went to Posh for a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. I’m just thrilled with how my hands and feet look. My nails are probably the nicest I’ve ever had, the nail shaping is perfection, and my feet and toes look like a million dollars. Sansan is the person who did my pedicure, which was long overdue. Go and see her, she’s great. My new nail salon.
